InboxPath provides an email discovery and email campaign management platform that allows users to:
- Discover email addresses for professionals and businesses
- Create and manage email campaigns
- Send emails through connected email accounts (Gmail, Outlook) via OAuth integration
- Track email opens, clicks, and engagement metrics
- Manage contacts and contact lists
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
3.2 Account Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

- Impersonate Others: Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
- Infringe Rights: Infringe upon any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party
- Transmit Malicious Code: Upload, transmit, or distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Reverse Engineer: Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Interfere with Service: Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Unauthorized Access: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or other accounts
- Data Mining: Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
- Resell Service: Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
- Violate Terms of Third-Party Services: Violate the terms of service of connected email providers (Google, Microsoft)
5. Email Marketing Compliance
YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE EMAIL MARKETING LAWS AND REGULATIONS.
5.1 Legal Compliance Requirements
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- CAN-SPAM Act (United States): Including proper identification, opt-out mechanisms, and accurate subject lines
- GDPR (European Union): Including lawful basis for processing, consent requirements, and data subject rights
- CASL (Canada): Including express consent requirements and identification requirements
- Other Jurisdictional Laws: Any other applicable email marketing, data protection, or privacy laws in your jurisdiction
5.2 Your Obligations
You agree to:
- Only send emails to recipients who have consented to receive emails from you
- Include accurate sender information and contact details in all emails
- Provide clear and conspicuous opt-out mechanisms in all commercial emails
- Honor opt-out requests promptly (within 10 business days)
- Maintain records of consent and opt-out requests
- Not use purchased, rented, or scraped email lists
- Not send emails to addresses obtained through deceptive means
5.3 No Liability for Your Compliance
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH EMAIL MARKETING LAWS. You acknowledge that:
- We provide a platform tool only and do not control the content or recipients of your emails
- You are solely responsible for ensuring your email campaigns comply with all applicable laws
- We are not liable for any violations of email marketing laws by you
- You will indemnify us against any claims arising from your non-compliance
6. Payment, Credits, and Billing
6.1 Credits System
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required for:
- Email discovery operations
- Email sending operations
6.2 Credit Purchases
Credits can be purchased through the Service. By purchasing credits, you agree to:
- Pay all charges associated with your purchase
- Provide accurate billing and payment information
- Authorize us to charge your payment method for all purchases
6.3 Credit Terms
- Non-Refundable: Credits are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion
- Expiration: Credits may expire according to the terms of purchase. Check individual package terms for expiration policies
- No Cash Value: Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money
- Non-Transferable: Credits are tied to your account and cannot be transferred to other accounts
6.4 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect credits already purchased but may apply to future purchases.
6.5 Refunds
All sales are final. Refunds are provided only at our sole discretion or as required by applicable law. Unused credits are not refundable.
7. OAuth Integration and Email Account Access
7.1 OAuth Connection
To send emails through the Service, you may connect your email account (Gmail, Outlook) via OAuth. By connecting your email account, you:
- Authorize us to access your email account for the purpose of sending emails on your behalf
- Grant us permission to store OAuth tokens necessary for email sending functionality
- Agree to comply with the terms of service of your email provider (Google, Microsoft)
7.2 Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your email account
- Complying with your email provider's terms of service
- All emails sent through your connected account
- Any consequences of emails sent through your account
7.3 Revocation of Access
You can revoke our access to your email account at any time through your account settings or your email provider's security settings. Revoking access will prevent you from sending emails through that account.
7.4 No Liability for Email Provider Actions
We are not responsible for any actions taken by your email provider (Google, Microsoft), including but not limited to:
- Suspension or termination of your email account
- Limitation of email sending capabilities
- Changes to sign-in or service access policies
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Our Intellectual Property
The Service, including all content, features, functionality, software, and materials, is owned by InboxPath and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or transmit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
8.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
- Use our trademarks or logos without permission
9. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
9.1 Service Provided "As Is"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
9.2 No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- That the Service will meet your requirements or expectations
- That email discovery will find accurate or valid email addresses
- That emails sent through the Service will be delivered
- That email open or click tracking will be 100% accurate
- That the Service will be available at all times or free from errors
9.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL INBOXPATH, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
- Damages resulting from emails sent through the Service
- Damages resulting from email discovery inaccuracies
- Any claims arising from your violation of email marketing laws
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
9.4 Third-Party Services
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party services integrated with the Service (e.g., sign-in and payment providers)
- Actions or inactions of third-party service providers
- Any issues arising from third-party service failures or changes
10. Indemnification
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND, AND HOLD HARMLESS INBOXPATH, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OBLIGATIONS, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, OR DEBT, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY'S FEES) ARISING FROM:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including email marketing laws
- Content you create, send, or transmit through the Service
- Emails you send through the Service
- Any claims that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@inboxpath.io.
11.2 Termination by Us
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- You fail to pay required fees
- We are required to do so by law
- We discontinue the Service
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use the Service immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and data
- Unused credits are forfeited (unless required by law)
- Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive
12. Dispute Resolution
